My eBay account has an MC013 restriction
A more serious restriction, usually after a confirmed policy violation or because eBay has linked your account to a suspended one.

MC013 is a more serious restriction than MC011. It is usually applied after a confirmed policy violation, or because eBay has linked your account to another account that was previously suspended, for example a family member, a former business partner, a previous account of your own, or a shared device or address.
This one is harder to resolve than MC011 because it questions the account itself rather than a single order. A successful appeal needs to directly address the specific link or violation eBay is citing, not just general good conduct. A generic "please reinstate me" reply almost never works.
A practical checklist
- Find the exact policy or account link named in the MC013 notice.
- If it is a linked-account action, work out which account eBay has associated with you and why.
- Build the appeal around that specific link or violation, with evidence, not as a general plea.
- Show what has changed and why the account is low-risk going forward.
- Do not open a new account while restricted. eBay treats that as a serious red flag.
How Tekovex helps
We identify the link or violation eBay is citing, tell you honestly whether an appeal is realistic, and draft and manage it. If the cause is operational we can take over day-to-day management so it does not recur.

Questions
Why has eBay linked my account to someone else’s?
Usually a shared address, device, IP, payment method or phone number at some point. The appeal has to explain the connection and show your account is independent and compliant.
Can an MC013 be reversed?
Some can, some cannot. It depends on the underlying reason and the account history. We give you a straight answer before you commit to anything.
