What we do for Etsy sellers
Full Etsy shop build: shop policies, About section, banner and branding, and your first batch of listings set up correctly from day one.
Ask about thisTitles, tags and descriptions structured around what buyers actually search for, so listings surface in Etsy search instead of sitting invisible.
Ask about thisClean, consistent listing photos, styled shots and AI-generated lifestyle images for sellers who cannot run a full photoshoot for every product.
Ask about thisRunning Etsy Ads and Offsite Ads with an actual return target in mind, instead of spending on autopilot with no visibility into what is working.
Ask about thisPrices and shipping costs that stay competitive without quietly eating your margin, one of the most common silent reasons a shop stalls.
Ask about thisA cohesive shop banner, logo and listing style so the shop looks like an established brand rather than a first attempt.
Ask about thisHandling suspended shops, deactivated listings and Etsy appeals professionally and quickly, since delays here directly cost sales.
Ask about thisExtending an Etsy shop into Shopify, eBay or TikTok Shop without duplicating work or creating inventory conflicts.
Ask about thisEncouraging genuine reviews and responding to negative ones in a way that protects the shop standing.
Ask about thisDay-to-day listing upkeep, order handling, customer messages and monitoring so a shop keeps performing without the owner doing it all manually.
Ask about thisDoes this sound like you?
I am getting views and favourites but no sales
Traffic is reaching the listings, but something between the click and the checkout is not converting, commonly price, photos or unclear descriptions.
My shop was suspended or deactivated with no clear reason
Etsy has paused or closed the shop and the notification does not explain enough to know what to fix.
A listing was deactivated for not being handmade or for copyright
Etsy flagged a listing under its handmade policy or an intellectual property concern, with limited explanation of what triggered it.
My shipping cost is scaring buyers away
High or inconsistent shipping charges relative to the item price are a common, fixable reason for abandoned checkouts.
I do not know if my titles and tags are actually working
Etsy SEO feels like guesswork without a clear way to see whether current listing text is helping or hurting visibility.
I am not getting repeat customers
First-time sales happen occasionally, but there is no system bringing past buyers back for a second purchase.
My shop ranks below competitors selling similar items
Similar shops consistently outrank this one in Etsy search, and it is unclear why.
Etsy Ads are spending money without a clear return
Ad spend is going out every day, but there is no clear picture of whether it is actually paying for itself.
A buyer dispute was closed against me automatically
A case was resolved in the buyer favour without a real chance to respond, even when tracking and communication history supported the seller.
I do not know if my shop shows up in AI-powered shopping searches
As product discovery moves into ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, there is no clear way to check whether Etsy listings are visible there.

Guides we have written
Either the listings aren’t being seen, or they’re seen and don’t convert.
Read the full guide →You want experienced eyes on titles, tags, photos, and structure.
Read the full guide →A suspension, a listing takedown, a reinstatement request, or a policy problem.
Read the full guide →You want someone listing, optimising, handling messages and orders, and reporting weekly.
Read the full guide →This gap usually points to a decision-stage problem rather than a discovery problem. The most common causes are pricing that looks high relative to similar shops, photos that do not clearly show scale, material or quality, and shipping costs that surprise buyers at checkout. Reviewing those three factors against your closest competitors is the fastest way to find the actual gap.
Etsy notifications are often generic even when there is a specific internal reason. The most reliable path is to check the shop live status, respond to any email from Etsy as specifically as possible, and avoid opening a new shop in the meantime, since that can complicate recovering the original one. Cases involving a sudden buyer dispute, a handmade policy question, or a payment or tax detail mismatch are the most common underlying triggers.
Etsy requires that handmade items are made or designed by the seller or a listed production partner. A listing can be flagged if the item appears mass produced, if a production partner was not properly disclosed, or occasionally due to a false report from another user. If the item genuinely is handmade, providing production details, and where relevant photo or video proof, is the standard path to getting it reinstated.
This usually happens when a listing uses a licensed character, brand name or design without permission, even unintentionally, such as through a supplied design file for print-on-demand items. Etsy typically will not reactivate this type of listing without proof of licensing, so the more reliable fix is removing the infringing element rather than appealing the removal itself.
Shipping cost has a direct, measurable effect on conversion, particularly on lower-priced items. Buyers are far more likely to abandon checkout when shipping feels disproportionate to the item price, so testing a lower visible shipping cost folded partially into the item price is a common and effective adjustment.
Etsy search relies heavily on how well your title, tags and category match the exact terms buyers type in. Effective listings usually lead with the most specific, high-intent phrase first in the title, use all available tag slots with genuinely relevant terms rather than repeats, and keep the category and attributes filled in completely rather than left as defaults.
It depends on whether the return is actually being tracked. Ads can work well for a shop with strong photos and competitive pricing, since they simply increase visibility for listings that already convert. Ads spent on a listing that has an underlying pricing or photo problem tend to produce clicks without matching sales, so fixing the listing first is usually more effective than increasing ad budget.
Many suspensions are reversible, particularly first-time issues tied to documentation, tax information or a misunderstanding that can be clarified. Permanent suspensions, especially those following a repeated policy violation, are harder to reverse. Responding quickly, factually, and without opening a second account gives the appeal the best realistic chance.
Most sellers have not checked this at all, since it is a very recent consideration. Visibility depends on how clearly the listing text describes the product, since AI tools tend to surface content that answers a shopper question directly, which overlaps closely with good Etsy SEO practice.
Yes, all three, within Etsy policies for each.
